How to choose a kindergarten near home
How do I find the nearest kindergarten?
Allow the site to detect your location with the “Near me” button, or type your home address in the field above the map. A list of kindergartens sorted by distance appears on the right, and the map shows markers with the price and phone number.
How is a private kindergarten different from a state-funded one?
In state-funded kindergartens the state pays part of the fee, so parents pay less, and places are given in turn through eGov. A private kindergarten costs more, but you can usually enrol straight away. The catalogue has “State-funded” and “Private” filters.
How can I find out whether a kindergarten has free places?
Organisations mark free places themselves in their BUBU.kz account. If there are none, you can subscribe to an SMS on the listing and we will tell you when a place opens up.
What should I look at besides distance?
Compare the price and what it includes, the age of the groups, the language of instruction, opening hours, and whether there is a speech therapist, psychologist, pool and CCTV. Mark up to three kindergartens with the “Compare” button and view them side by side in one table.
